I have been going to Zainab for years now, and her talent only gets better! I love that her braids are low tension while also being extremely neat. I love this is a full service experience! With my service it includes shampoo & blow dry. I also love her growth oil, it has worked wonders on my stress spot in my hair where I have lost some hair.

This was by far the worst hair experience ever! Reading is fundamental & I should have referred to the google reviews prior to making an appointment. The complete experience was a nightmare! The hair stylist Alexandra was Horrendous to say she was unprofessional is a gross understatement. She had me on the 2 hrs or less for braid or twist styles, so I booked her. She finished my Havana Twist in 1 hour 30 mins tops. The cost was $150 plus the cost of hair…. so about $200 total. The twist did not last even two hours. She does not know what she’s doing or how to talk to people. There was no point of contacting her to fix my hair because I’m sure the results would be the same. The appointment was a disaster from start to finish. She started over an hour late, she used profanity the entire time of the appointment while children were present, bad hygiene, stopped doing my hair to play music and get on social media. Her attitude was disgusting! The environment of this hair salon was toxic and unsafe. The police was even called during my visit. Don’t waste your time, money, or put your safety in jeopardy.

I went to Alexandria. She had the worst attitude from the beginning. I over paid her by $25 when I text and called her she did not respond to refund. When I text her to tell her my hair was unraveling she completely ignored me. I took my hair down as soon as I went home do not waste your time or money.
