I called more than one of them. The first one I believe it’s at superstition or right around there, the girl I asked for information from was very rude. She literally said to me I don’t know and I can’t help you. So I called the one on stapley and baseline, the woman I talked to there was also not terribly helpful but not as rude. I made it clear to both of them I was checking on availability because my birthday was a couple days away. I have been in the service industry, here in Arizona Mesa Tempe Chandler since the ’70s. I tried very hard to give people curro’s I tip well but I am starting to make sure I review honestly when I don’t get good service. I feel like it’s very important and I will be glad to pay a little more for good service.

Was late for the appointment I made earlier in the day, but I was still on the list when I arrived. Got right into a chair and was done in 20 minutes. Staff was very courteous and got the haircut I was expecting. Great price, especially with the senior discount. Busy place, so make an on-line appointment before going.

I would give less stars if I could. I checked in online it said 23 minute wait. No problem right. I get there and wait for 10 minutes and someone comes in and they get taken right away (they also checked in online). It has now been half an hour. I ask what my wait is the girl says 58 minutes now. They really need a better system or hairstylists who actually work. Needless to say I left without a haircut and will never go back there.
