Critical: Quality, ValuePoor customer service with a woman who did not know what she was doing when it came to listening to the customer and what they want. The quality is poor and the nails are crooked and misshapen. The gel polish is see through, the nails are not smooth due to poor filing. I did not get her name but I will not be returning and I don’t recommend this to anyone who wants to get their money’s worth. Poor customer service with a woman who did not know what she was doing when it came to listening to the customer and what they want. The quality is poor and the nails are crooked and misshapen. The gel polish is see through, the nails are not smooth due to poor filing. I did not get her name but I will not be returning and I don’t recommend this to anyone who wants to get their money’s worth. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis was my first time here. I did have to wait past my appointment time but I can honestly say it was well worth the wait. I received a pedicure and a ombré full set five different colors. Henry was amazing. He took his time and he is just amazing. I will be returning back. Paid for the Deluxe Pedicure ($55) and it felt and looked like I paid for a basic one. Asked if she could put my sandals on and she hit my toes. I pointed out the paint to her and she said oh it’s okay. Place is pretty and I was so excited to visit after reading the reviews and it opening up down the street. Paid for the Deluxe Pedicure ($55) and it felt and looked like I paid for a basic one.
