Greatest place ever! This a pleasant combination of good customer service, great job from nail techs and a spotless place. I’ve been there twice and Paola is awesome!!! She’s perfectionist and won’t finish until everything looks good. She’s very professional and super friendly ! Stephanie always attentive and efficient, she’s a sweetheart. Stacey always caring about her customers, friendly and funny. Again, I’ve been there twice but they make you feel like they know you forever and treat you well. I’ll always come back here!!

Stephanie was extremely unprofessional especially when it came to booking. My entire day has been ruined. I booked online a week prior and Stephanie called the day before to say that my appointment was cancelled because she did not see it in the system. System issues are normal but it is the employees responsibility to correct that not mine. After going back and forth she moved me to 12pm. Once 12 pm came she tells me because she never responded with a link that means the appointed was not secured. I responded by asking why didn’t she send the link??? She didn’t remember. So now I have no appointment and am squeezed in for 12:45 and was not seen until 1pm. Everything scheduled for the day was now ruined. After her several mistakes that cost me o received no apology no accommodation in fact I came in with my natural nails and a gel fill and was charged extra for the length. Take a look at the picture and please tell me where there is extra length on short nails ? The nail tech was amazing but the service at the front desk is terrible and this is not the first.

I’ve gotten my nails done a few times by Ana or Stacy. Those appointments were pleasant, no issues. However. I went today for builder gel and got attitude from the nail tech because I asked a simple question. My nails are uneven, some very short so they would’ve needed to be extended, like most nail salons would do. When I asked what she would do, she said “I know” ? I then said well I don’t want super short nails or uneven nails, she then caught an attitude and started speaking Spanish to the receptionist. That is very rude in my opinion. I got even more of an attitude when I said I don’t want acrylic. It’s my preference. I then asked for my deposit because you cannot execute the job and now I don’t want to sit here after getting attitude for no reason. I am allowed to ask what is going to be done to my nails, I am paying. I even asked if the deposit can just go to another appointment, they said no. So weird and unnecessary. Should not make your customers feel bad for asking questions.
