Critical: ProfessionalismCame in for Pedi, which was fine good service by a gentleman HE was very pleasant.. BUT let me tell you about my acrylic service :/ the lady was in a rush, she tried to do my nail while she was on the phone, my nails were coming out crooked, uneven on the top. I explained that I was concerned about the space in between my cuticle and the acrylic and she disregarded it. They looked like 3 day old nail. At the end I was incredibly disappointed with the results. I made her take them off. LADY THE WAY YOU DO NAILS IS JUST TERRIBLE. Came in for Pedi, which was fine good service by a gentleman HE was very pleasant.. BUT let me tell you about my acrylic service :/ the lady was in a rush, she tried to do my nail while she was on the phone, my nails were coming out crooked, uneven on the top. I explained that I was concerned about the space in between my cuticle and the acrylic and she disregarded it. They looked like 3 day old nail. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy mom and I wanted to get our nails done since we were on vacation. They got us in pretty quick which was nice. The pedicure was fine but whenever we went to get our nails done my lady that did my pedicure disappeared. I waited 20 minutes to even start my nails with another lady which was whatever but still bothered us. They were extremely rude to my mom and I, talking back to everything that we said and telling us we didn’t know what we were talking about. (My mother owns her own salon and used to do nails…lol) My moms nails were extremely thick and lumpy and some were even crooked. My nails weren’t even fully painted, it already looks like they’ve grown out and I just got them done. Not to mention the entire time I was getting my nails done the lady was on the phone with random friends and wasn’t even paying attention or talking to me whatsoever. When we were paying the lady that did my moms nails continued to argue and talk bad about us. The owner kept trying to shush her but she wouldn’t stop. My mom and I wanted to get our nails done since we were on vacation. They got us in pretty quick which was nice. The pedicure was fine but whenever we went to get our nails done my lady that did my pedicure disappeared. I waited 20 minutes to even start my nails with another lady which was whatever but still bothered us.
