DO NOT EVER come here. I went in as soon as they opened. MJ who I wanted to do my nails was running late that was the first red flag. The first photo is of his work that I wanted which I showed him this….. The second photo is what I got which looks nothing like I requested. OK cool I’m not gonna cause a big scene I just know never to come back. I then go to pay he charged me $75 for this MESS! He actually billed it for $45 then told me that he messed up when running the credit card machine and just put the $35 balance on the tip line…..

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in on Saturday July 24th, 2021 and asked for a full set white tips. She was rushing trying to handle me and 2 other clients. Here are the end results 3 days later the nails are already lifting. I called and let them know I would be coming by to get them looked at and fixed. I was told they are busy today and the lady who did my nails was mot there come another day. He also suggested I must have hit them to causr them to be lifting already. Very funny. I went in on Saturday July 24th, 2021 and asked for a full set white tips. She was rushing trying to handle me and 2 other clients. Here are the end results 3 days later the nails are already lifting. I called and let them know I would be coming by to get them looked at and fixed. Critical: ProfessionalismVery poor customer service! The male worker literally stopped working on my nails when I told him that he was hurting my nails using the drill. He was very insensitive and told me I could go somewhere else. I was very respectful in my approach and I simply asked him to go easy! I told them I only had time for a full set if they could do them while in the pedicure chair. The dude starts them then bails to help another new client. Then the girl doing my pedi burns my nail with the drill trying to finish the job and a mani medi was $95? Efffff this place!

So I get acrylic over my nails.. with a Gel polish. It was 40 it’s been a while so I’m not sure on comparable prices.. Here’s the issue the man and woman are great.. My mom told me before we walked in the older Lady was not touching her?? I’m like ok… So I let her do mine.. she made me bleed, acted funny when she drilled my skin and I jerked away and left the underneath of my real nails a mess with globs of acrylic.. I actually got my mother going here and I really like the husband and wife. She painted my polish on the there was a fuzzy in it and you’d could clearly see it… First time I told her… Second time I told her again.. She got done…I said something again.. finally the man fixed it.. I am not made about it enough to not go back I just won’t let her do mine. They were a good shape and length not to thick which is my usual worry. She just needs more practice my mom paid and tipped 20 like always bc we do like the place my mom drives from blacksburg sc almost a hour drive

My nails were do thin that 2 broke, it wasn’t even a full week and I get charged a full set to get them done over. I have different sizes and shapes. Glue and gel polish was everywhere smh the list goes on. Not going back

Critical: QualityIt’s only been 10 days literally and 3 nails have popped off my hands. I usually just get pedicures here because they do an ok job. This was my first time getting a full set from them and I don’t think I would let them do it again.Also, the nail polish wasn’t applied to my entire nail. In the corner on both sides of the nails there was not a lock polish too see. I posted pics to show.
