Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. I had my appointment at 11 am today at Studiano’s, and it was the fastest haircut I’ve ever had. The total time I was at the salon was 15 minutes. The lady washing my hair rushed, and then the lady cutting my hair, Silvana, rushed even more. I don’t know what to say… How can you cut women’s mid long hair in less than 10min??? I asked for long side bangs and long layers. Things happen and I understand that, so if you are overbooked and don’t have enough time for your client say something. My hairdresser didn’t even check if the cut was even. She didn’t dry my hair because my appointment didn’t include a blow dry. I came back home, dried my hair and saw that they look very choppy. I chose this salon because of the good reviews but I had a very odd experience. No customer service. I’m upset. If I wanted quick low quality haircut I would go to Great Clips or some other franchise hair salon. Very disappointed!

I have been going to Studianos for over 16 years and will never move to another salon even if I move out of Illinois. The BEST service, THE BEST people , aspecialy Rania, her daughter Lili, and my girl Bella. They always are professional, friendly and take extremely good care of me and all their clients. Bella always makes sure that my hair is shampooed truly and her head massages are out of this world. Rania gives me the BEST haircuts and colors ever. I always get the biggest compliments about my hair from everyone even strangers at stores or when going out with my friends and family. I highly recommend Studianos THEY ARE THE BEST Try them you will not regret. You try them once and will never want to go anywhere else.
