Asked the gentleman with very black hair for a brow shaping specifically asking to NOT make them skinny. My right brow is missing 75% brow hair and my skin is burned! The left brow was made so narrow – I would guess 50% hair is gone from it. I hope to never have this happen again and would strongly recommend someone else for shaping/trimming/cleaning up brows. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

I was very happy with my nail service when I get the acrylic nails or a pedicure. I love having my eyebrows done by the man of the shop. He does a great job each time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis nail salon was absolutely horrible! I had to have my previous set removed and a new set put on. The man was very hard on my nails while removing even after being told he was hurting me. The new acrylic set was rushed and the end product was uneven and my cuticles were flooded with not just acrylic but paint as well. This nail salon was absolutely horrible! I had to have my previous set removed and a new set put on. The man was very hard on my nails while removing even after being told he was hurting me. The pedicure sucks my feet are still hard, the water they ran was cold, THE SEAT is soooo uncomfortable because the chairs are so old. To top it off they was really rude. The first time I went it was okay. I just got my nails done. I was in and out. But the second time was awful. The pedicure sucks my feet are still hard, the water they ran was cold, THE SEAT is soooo uncomfortable because the chairs are so old. To top it off they was really rude. That will definitely be my last time going there and I wouldn’t recommend going there……

They try hard to duplicate designs I find on line but most of the time I tell them to just let their imagination take off. I also like the way they work with my feet. I have been going to Hollywood Nails since about the time they opened. They are friendly people. I always get designs. They try hard to duplicate designs I find on line but most of the time I tell them to just let their imagination take off. I also like the way they work with my feet. I had surgery on my left foot and the toes don’t bend. They are very careful not to hurt me. I highly recommend Hollywood Nails.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I felt rushed from the beginning and when I asked for the cuticle to be trimmed during my pedicure the tech literally laughed because she said she already trimmed them (by trimmed she meant she ran the tool across them) she also cut my nails entirely too short and the polish looked like my 6 year old did this. Do not waste your money or time here and I certainly wasn’t going to have them do a manicure.

I went here because my normal one was not open. Horrible mistake! The gentleman who did my nails could have cared less I was in his chair and was more worried about rushing to get my nails done so he could go to the next person. My 8 year old niece can paint nails better than that! They do not even deserve one star! I was honestly shocked that he let me walk out with my hands looking as bad as they did!
