BEWARE! OWNER WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VACATIONERS! The self-serving owner/hair dresser deliberately took advantage of an elderly woman visiting Folly Beach. My 86-year-old mother went in for a simple shampoo and set but as soon as my mom sat down in the chair, the owner/hairdresser told her that she had a very bad haircut (rude and untrue) and started snipping away. When she was done, SHE CHARGED $80 FOR SERVICES THAT MY MOTHER NEVER ASKED FOR AND DIDN’T NEED. Had I known that the shop owner had been so dishonest when I picked my mom up from the shop, I would have demanded she give my mother’s money back. Note to owner: Don’t forget, lady, KARMA is only a b!tch if you are!!!

After trying a couple of salons in the area that I was not thrilled with, I came across a few IG photos from one of the stylists at Edge and thought I’d give it a try. The interior is absolutely adorable, and the vibe is very relaxed. Got an awesome haircut from Madison, and I will be back for a color as well. This will definitely be my new go to salon!

My experience at Headlines with Diane, the salon owner was absolutely fantastic. My hair was horrible when I walked in and beautiful when I walked out. I would highly recommend Diane @Headlines at the Edge,if you’re looking for a professional haircut or color for a new you. You won’t be disappointed.

Had a terrific hair cut/style from Dianne today. She is super knowledgeable and does excellent work. She can take you from sloppy to super in 30 mns. I have found my stylist! Highly recommend!

Went in to ask about getting my haircolored. I’ve never had it done professionally and wanted to be pampered. Asked her how much I could expect the appointment to cost and her immediate answer was that I couldn’t afford it. Was willing to take her next appointment block but I will be taking my money elsewhere.
