Good prices for tanning. Love the higher end spray tan. Staff is sorta friendly, depends which store and who is working. Tanning products are ridiculously overpriced. When you call or email customer service you or may not get a response. If you ask to talk to a Supervisor they tell you that is not an option. They refuse to transfer. The floors and rugs could be cleaned. Spray your feet to prevent foot fungus!

Yesterday was my 1st time spat tanning. The clerk was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything. It was so easy. I wasn’t happy with how light I still was so I went back today. I have to say the gay today was just as helpful. I wasn’t sure about going with a 2 but I’m sooo glad that I did. I’m addicted!!! My only complaint is the parking. The parking lot is small. Zoom is in a small strip mall and its hard to find parking.

I told the counter girl that I was buying a package for my wife. At no point did she tell me that I needed to provide her information. So when my wife showed up it was an absolute pain. So much so that we cancelled the whole purchase. We won’t bother with this place ever again.
