From the day I walked in to just schedule my consultation appointment to my actual visit with Melissa I was warmly greeted, treated with kindness and professionalism. Melissa is a miracle worker who not only has a magic touch but I just love her attention to detail. You can tell that she truly loves what she does and cares about her clients. I am not happy with the results. I went to the Middlebury location for the first time and had to go back to only receive 2 units on my 11s which I should have received more on my 1st visit. Then I was advised if I wasn’t happy to call for another follow up. At this point I give up as it shouldn’t take 3 visits to get it right.. I feel I should get reimbursed.
