I went in today without a scheduled appt, which I very much appreciate and wanted ambrie coloring done, showed a pic of what I wanted ( I know I can’t get exactly like pic) but a least close, so I spend 4 hours and we all know we pay for the amount of dye used, so she doesn’t cut my hair prior to dying but waits til all the dying is done and then she cuts most of what I had dyed off !. It cost me $115 and it’s not what I wanted, I do not argue with worker’s so I did not Express my concerns and will wait for the manager!! I would like for the manger or owner to contact me!!!

Called for an appoinment and they do not know what is listed on their website. Apparently they do not have “master stylist” and they cannot communicate with the ones they have. They all carry ” their own books”.:-(
