Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have called Appleton the past two weeks sent a voicemail and I sent them an email on the website to schedule an appointment and no one has contacted me back!! I had a Groupon I had to use and wanted to set up an appointment before it expired. I have called Appleton the past two weeks sent a voicemail and I sent them an email on the website to schedule an appointment and no one has contacted me back!! I had a Groupon I had to use and wanted to set up an appointment before it expired. I don’t understand how a new client can book an appointment when the only option is to call or email when no one answers the emails or calls.
