I used to like coming here, but I got tired of seeing the rude and sarcastic manager take out her attitude on her staff and clients. Luckily, two of the really great stylists that I used to see here are now at a new salon. If you are looking for Mel or Courtney, they are now at the Pure Bliss Salon in St. Joe!

I honestly can not believe how bad my haircut was. Came out uneven, weird choppy layers. I did not ask for layers… the cut was not at all what I asked for. She said she would try to fix…but with a very unprofessional attitude made it worse

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been bringing my children to this location for literally years and have not had an issue until the last two visits. The last visit, my sons haircut literally looks like a bowl and when my husband brought him home, he was in tears and I had to fix it myself. Today, I had appointments for both children and unfortunately we got stuck behind a train that was stopped for several minutes and when I attempted to call to notify them that we would be just a few minutes late, I sat on the phone for 3+ minutes and no one answered. A short time later, we walked in the door and they told us they could no longer see us. Seriously? Both trims together take 10 minutes or less. I have been bringing my children to this location for literally years and have not had an issue until the last two visits. The last visit, my sons haircut literally looks like a bowl and when my husband brought him home, he was in tears and I had to fix it myself. I had almost bald spots an all my hair cut off on back an it so bad I have contacted board of cosmetology to have the lady license revoked and the owner was slow to respond in regards to the situation. I am planning on filing as the cut to my hair is catastrophic.

Courtney was fantastic! I grow my hair to donate so I only have it professionally cut every few years so I like a drastic cut. She went above and beyond to not only save as much hair as possible, but give me a great style!

The lady who cut my hair was super careful of the move I have on my neck, and was super kind the whole time. Mentioned show she works with kids who have sensory issues, so I recommend this place if haircuts are a little more of a chalange for you!
