I have been to the salon multiple times in the past and have always been happy with results. I went yesterday for a layered cut and had Heather. My hair is long, wavy, and below my ribcage. She cut the top half of my hair so it was about 5 inches long but left the entire bottom half untouched. I’ve never been one to complain about hair; I’m super low maintenance. I looked like Tiger King and had to go elsewhere. I ended up going to Beauty Cottage in NH and they were HORRIFIED with the cut Heather gave me. They were able to do some blending but said Heather literally gave me “one layer.” My hair looked like a shelf. I’ll spare the photos, they’re embarrassing. Save yourself and go elsewhere unless you want a good laugh.

They call me so frequently asking about setting up appointments and deals that I had to block them. Like literally at least every other week I got calls from them. It’s incessant, like send emails, don’t cold call people during the work day. I deleted my previous three star review because I felt bad, but the calling got to the point where I felt the need to put it up. The pictures of what I asked for versus what I got. It was over $350 not including tip.

I made an appointment for a cut and blow dry. Heather – the business owner took the appointment. She chose to cut my hair dry – no wash or blow dry. Then charged $70. This is the price for a cut and blow dry – service I did not receive. Terrible service. Outrageous price for 10 minutes of lackadaisical work. I’ve been to this salon several times. A returning customer! I will not be going back.

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI came to H2O to go blonde and got a full foil and my hair came out amazing! I had Matthew who was extremely knowledgable and did exactly what I wanted. He explains everything very thoroughly and concisely. I have never been happier with how my hair has turned out, I definitely will be coming back, he is the best 🙂

Worst hair salon ever went there at 1.30pm for my appointment after I booked 3 days prior and was warned that I would be charged 50% if I didnt show up. They said they will call me the morning of my appointment to confirm ..noone called… I did at around noon. They confirmed the time and told me to come at 1.30pm which I did. I was there at 1.20 pm with my 2 weeks old newborn and once I arrived they told me I had to wait 5 min which in the end turned out to be 45min….

This was my first time getting my lashes done, Tori listened and did exactly everything to fit my needs! I wear glasses so I needed them short enough not to hit my lens but also wanted them to look like a volume set! She definitely nailed it!

This was the worst expierence I have ever had. She did not listen when I asked for my hair cut to be a specific way. I have been going through multiple major surgeries and my hair is falling out and matting in the back. So I said cut short in the back and very long in the front. It should have had a nice angle and front layer about chest length. The back was fine and then she just cut all off in the front and said it won’t look right. I even showed pics of what I wanted. All of my hair is now so short it barely can go in a pony tail. I stopped her because she just kept cutting and cutting. She even charged me as I left balling my eyes out with barely any hair left. My hair was to the middle of my back when I walked in and pretty much all gone when I left. I would give negative stars if I could.
