If I could give this place a negative 5 I would! This place isn’t clean, the people are not nice. The person who did my manicure coughed the whole time I was there and I felt gross afterwards. I will never go back there again. Then the girl charged me 25 dollars for a nail polish change and then said 5 more dollars for cuticles. Lol that would have been the same price for a normal manicure! Good luck people

If I could give this place negative stars I would! I had an appointment for 3:00 I came in and they were running behind which is normal for a nail salon but they were 20 mins behind and still drilling the other customers nails didn’t even paint them yet. I just left I rushed to get here on time and had to wait 20 mins and would have still been waiting. The place I usually go to was booked today and I should have just waited til she had an opening because this was ridiculous! There’s a reason I stopped coming here in the first place!!!

First time coming back here after about a year. Thought that I would have a better experience and it turned out to be worse. She didn’t shape or file my toe and it came out looking like a trapezoid or something. The polish wasn’t cleaned up around my toe and looks messy. Both women doing my sister and I were very rude. They were talking badly about us and were rough with our hands and feet.

Critical: CleanlinessI’ve been here about 5 times for both pedicures and manicures. I did love this place because they do a good job. I got toe nail fungus here 🙁 I Had to get a prescription from my doctor from how bad it was.Plus they are never aware of their appointments. They’ll have you waiting 30+ minutes with an appointment. If they had negative stars I would do that. This was ridiculous. They were pushing for me to come in when I was asking for an appointment the next day. I went in and they didn’t even listen I wanted acrylic set done. They just did a manicure which they butchered. My fingers were glued to my fingertips with nailpolish all over my skin. Rushed all the way through and they dropped my stuff all over and tossed my jacket to the side to open desk for another person. Do NOT go here.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI go to have my nails done every three weeks. Holly, Lee, and Kim have all done my nails. I am always happy with the way my nails look and I get lots of compliments. All the staff are friendly and always ask how my husband and our 8 year old are doing. All the staff are friendly and always ask how my husband and our 8 year old are doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. This place is way underrated. I imagine it has something to do with the person you get though. I went in for a pedicure not expecting much from reading the reviews but it was great! That being said, there was another girl that came in at the same time as me and she got a pedicure as well and her pedicure was completely done and toenails painted before my tech even started painting my toenails. I had the guy with black rimmed glasses and he was amazing! He didnt rush anything and took extra time to pamper my feet and make sure everything was perfect! I will definitely be back.
