There website doesn’t state any age restrictions. They don’t offer haircuts for children under age 3. We made an online appointment, waited the necessary amount of time, made the drive and then walked in only to be told they don’t do toddler haircuts. Their only excuse was”because of covid” they couldn’t be at hands on with wiggly kids but that doesn’t excuse the website not stating this policy change.
