Our therapists use hand sanitizer before and after each service. We are paying special attention to customers high contact points such as door handles, waivers, and other hard surfaces. The whole facility is sprayed down at the end of every night with hospital grade disinfectant. We thank you for your continued support.

I really wanted to like this place. Unfortunately, the massage was one of the worst. I do not recommend anyone come here. I believe they are still in business because of their high foot traffic location. Do yourself a favor, save your money and book a massage somewhere else. I would give them zero stars if I could but I would give one star for their attempt to switch massage therapists. However that person was equally as incapable. I seriously left it feeling more stressed.

During my mom’s massage, the AC noise was very disturbing (not appropriate for a massage) the overall experience was average. Tina massaged my mom’s feet for not even 30min (feels like she was in a hurry to leave…) –> 50min instead of a paid service for 60min… it was not relaxing.

My first impression with the staff members was very unpleasant. They were charging my credit card before my service started and when I had my service there was another problem. The masseuse did not have a professional experience, a license (as I found out later) and was shaking during my therapy session. I let it go and left my notice to the manager. She never respond back to me. I found it to be very careless and unprofessional to treat new customers this way. Never go to this place. It’s scam.

Their website clearly states their introductory price for a massages (down to the specific type), but yet when I called, they claimed there was a $10 upcharge to what they advertised. On top of that, having already broken the customer’s trust, they wanted a credit-card to secure the booking, which is non-customary.

The place was decorated beautifully, so I had high hopes. My masseuse was Ken, an older man. The massage would start off below average and then he’d remember what he’s supposed to do and do it slightly better. Ok massage for a Groupon, don’t pay regular price.

The massage was ok for the shoulders. But only 25 minutes was spent on the feet. And he was very distracted, looking at the clock, tired or all of the above. It was barely any pressure. I paid $76.00 including a $3 tip for something that was really really not worth it. I told the woman at the front and she offered nothing, no apologies, no refund.
