Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueFirst time client as my usual salon was closed on Mondays. Not impressed at all which saddens me to say, since the “techs” were nice. But, the quality is not there as my dip on natural nails are chipping the next morning! I inquired about the one top layer of gel, which I always get two and only got one. I have never had such thin, discolored, and uneven dip. First time this has ever happened and was rough while doing the nails. First time client as my usual salon was closed on Mondays. Not impressed at all which saddens me to say, since the “techs” were nice. But, the quality is not there as my dip on natural nails are chipping the next morning! I inquired about the one top layer of gel, which I always get two and only got one. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Valuei literally came to get the black nail set & then what i asked for. They did a terrible job! highly don’t recommend. I mean that’s just the beginning, the man couldn’t even understand what i was asking for & then after he was halfway done with my nails he informed me that he couldn’t do what i was asking. On top of that my shellac pedicure literally peeled off in a week & my nails literally broke after 4 days of having them.
