Critical: Professionalism, QualityGot my nails done on Thursday. Showed her what I wanted and didn’t turnout good at all. Went back in and told me to come Saturday to fix. But I needed to repay for. Owner has bad customer service, she tried to tell me you can’t go to a restaurant say something is bad and get for free. I told her YES you can.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy daughter and I setup gel manicures & pedicures for her birthday. We got there on time and were immediately brought to the pedi chairs. Kathy did a great job on my feet. My daughter had another gal that started her pedi and then disappeared for over 30 minutes! She finally came back and said her tummy was ‘bad’. Then, we were taken to the manicure tables. I had Hannah – wow was she horrible! She is crazy with her sanding machine! Three of my cuticles were sanded and bloodied. I stopped her on the 3rd one and said “I need a different person to work on my nails.” She said no, and then kept going??!!! After 4 days, both my daughter’s gel finger nails and mine are cracking and chipping. They are super expensive – I do not recommend them at all. My daughter and I setup gel manicures & pedicures for her birthday. We got there on time and were immediately brought to the pedi chairs. Kathy did a great job on my feet. My daughter had another gal that started her pedi and then disappeared for over 30 minutes! She finally came back and said her tummy was ‘bad’. Then, we were taken to the manicure tables. Then when I showed him what I wanted which where rhinestones on every finger he just kept saying it’s to expensive I’ll give you glitter on one finger for free (which he didn’t even do). I asked how much and he wouldn’t even tell me like I was to poor, just kept saying to expensive. On top of that I was on the front seat next to a air purifier or something that was letting out a bunch of steam out something right into my face which he just said was just an air cleaner. Now I just looked at my bank account and realized I was charged 10 more than what I was told so I have to go back down there tomorrow. So all in all it was not a good first impression. That’s too bad cause I was willing to spend money to get what I wanted but was treated like I didn’t have enough money. Oh and he was the only one I saw working there that wasn’t wearing gloves, all the other woman had lasted gloves on when touching their clients with this pandemic going on and all. This was my first and last time there. I got my nails done by a man there, who kept squeezing and twisting my fingers to where is hurt. Then when I showed him what I wanted which where rhinestones on every finger he just kept saying it’s to expensive I’ll give you glitter on one finger for free (which he didn’t even do).
