Finally got a chance to visit this salon for haircut. I booked my appointment with Maira. I was being greeted by the lady at reception and was offered mimosa!! That’s such a sweet gesture. The salon is gorgeous with beautiful interiors.

I absolutely love this salon and you truly understand why they’re rated as the best in Fremont when there. I’ve gone for hair, skin and nail services and always had a relaxing time while there. The salon is very clean and all staff are so pleasant, and make a point to get to know each client (regardless if you’re their client, which is not common for any salons I’ve been to before). Maira is wonderful with my hair and so patient, and would work magic each time I was in the chair with her (even if that meant hours). If you live in the Fremont area, this is the only salon you should consider!

I went to this salon for a second time to receive a cut and foil. Two days after the service (after washing and styling on my own) I realized there were some issues with the cut that I wanted to have corrected. There were a few long underneath pieces and the back was fairly uneven (from right to left). I called the salon and asked to schedule an appt to have these issues addressed. I was told a manager would be in contact me to follow up. Nothing was scheduled, I was simply instructed to wait for follow up. It’s been nearly a week since my call and I’ve received no follow up. Considering the prices and reputation of this salon I absolutely expected better service.

I really like the salon but their treatments are a bit expensive and my old stylist got promoted and I am happy for her but I was not notified about how it will impact my service rate when I booked the appointment, I was caught off-guard when service changed to 40$ more.. That’s something I didn’t like other than that the staff were very friendly

Critical: ValueI love this place don’t get me wrong, but the receptionist working here are unprofessional and have the worst work ethic, the salon has a policy of calling prior to your appointment to confirm appointment, how ever when they called me they didn’t confirm appointment with the right person! So I had to get my hair cut with a new stylist which I was so upset about because I have been coming here for some time now with the same stylist. I arrive the day of my appointment and the receptionist said my stylist name would be ready shortly, and I said I’m sorry who’s the stylis? Because im sure my appointment is with stylist (name) The receptionist quoted and said that no my appointment is with a master stylist, which also means that the price for my hair cut is now doubled, I tried to re schedule appointment but they didn’t have anything sooner or a date that works out for me due to work. Mind you I drive 40min just to come to this salon, the inconvenience of them not working anything for me or accommodating is so unprofessional of their part.
