This is not a review from someone that went once and had a bad experience. I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, as I get my roots done about every 6 weeks. I’d always loved and raved about this salon to everyone. Well, most definitely not anymore. I’d heard complaints about the manager from various people in past but never paid attention because I’d never had a problem, until now.

Had an amazing experience here! I moved here from the East Coast and had to find a new stylist, I’m super picky so I read so many reviews and looked at so many places and decided to go with Rinse. I was able to get an appointment for a cut and balayage pretty quick. Monica did the cut and Sam did the color and I am so happy with the end result! I have long, thick, brownish hair, I showed them a few photos and got exactly what I wanted. 🙂

I got my hair done here and it is completely ruined! I showed a reference photo for highlights and not only does it look completely different and brassy but the entire back of my hair is completely black without highlights! I immediately asked for a re do to which they denied, how unprofessional!

My hair looks amazing, but yesterday my stylist, Arielle asked me to reschedule for 5 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I politely declined and said I would prefer to keep my 10:00 am as I had already made plans and this was less than 24 hours notice. I didn’t see a huge issue until I arrived to my appointment and she acted like she was upset at me the whole time. She didn’t ask any questions, she just got straight to work. When it came time to do my haircut, she said “i’m just going to cut an inch off” and seemed annoyed when I asked her to even put my bangs as well. She was basically silent the entire time. I understand that people have bad days, but honestly, if I’m paying $300 to get my hair done, i at least expect friendly service. I’m really sad the service was so awful as well because my color and cut was very speedy (1.5 hours total) and it looks great.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI had a great experience getting my first haircut at Rinse yesterday. I was scheduled for 2 pm and arrived right on time. The greeting at the front was very friendly and welcoming. I was asked to take a seat for about one and a half minutes before my stylist, Chelcie, brought me back. She was great at asking me about and understanding what kind of cut I was there to get. I enjoyed the conversation we had while she did the cutting. After the cut was done she asked what I thought and touched up the areas that I wanted slightly more hair taken off. She washed my hair and styled it to look great before I went on my way a happy customer. Paying and tipping was smooth and easy at the front desk where they offered to schedule my next visit or wait and see how the cut grows out so I can schedule when I know that another cut is needed.
