BEST LASH ARTIST IN KNOXVILLE!! I have been going to Torie since she came to this salon, almost 2 years! I go faithfully every 2 weeks. She does a fantastic job on my lashes and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch them. Her prices are reasonable. She is personable and creates a welcoming and relaxing environment. She knows her craft well. She guides you in learning to take care of your new lashes and she is always available to answer questions or offer honest advice. The salon is immaculate and clean. I’ve been to other lash artists in Knoxville and the surrounding area and Torie is by far my favorite. I would recommend her to anyone who wants an amazing set of lashes and a relaxing experience. In all this time I can honestly say that I have never had a bad experience with Torie. Go, you won’t be disappointed.

Do not get lash extensions here. The hairstylist are fine, but the lash person made bare spots in my lash line. That is why she doesn’t charge much, she has no idea what she’s doing. I had clumps of glue that another salon took off and showed to me. Wow

The worst hair color I’ve ever gotten by far. Got recommended to go there by a friend so I thought they were going to be half way decent at what they do. Even after my hair was finished and it wasn’t what I wanted I tipped the girl that did my hair (Hayley) anyways which was my mistake and I should’ve said I didn’t like my hair at all then instead of waiting to call. There was no color in the back of my hair and just two big streaks of yellow blonde on the front of my hair. I even showed her pictures and she said she was capable to do it. Apparently not. When I called to see if I could get a refund on my hair the girl got an attitude with me and said there was nothing she could do about it. If I could give them less than one star I would.

Baleigh gave me a balayage a while back and I absolutely loved it. I went back later to Delaney and asked for the same balayage and ended up with chunky, streaky highlights that have absolutely no blending. I was also charged 30% more than I was quoted. Now that my stylist has left I think I’ll be looking for a new salon.
