Emily did an AMAZING job on my hair. She took my washed out boring color to an amazing blue and purple balayage with some fun tinsel throughout! She also trimmed up my dead ends! She was so personable and knowledgeable and gave me so much advice on how to make my color last longer! Overall this was an amazing experience and 10/10 would recommend!

My favorite thing is their skills in how to apply color. Their prices are reasonable and one that is one of the reasons I keep going to them.

I recently went to the Islands to get highlights and my experience was terrible. I guess I should have known when I called because they had every single day available for an appt. & every time slot available. Most salons are actually busy & have to check there schedules to get you in.The girl that was doing my hair(Kristen) was rude and unfriendly. The whole time she was doing my hair she didn’t engage in any conversation with me what so ever. I brought in a picture of what I wanted & when she was finished my hair looked like the roots were touched up but that was it. Keep in mind that I asked for THICK blond highlights. Instead I got thin strands of blonde which didn’t make my hair look bad but I didn’t see much of a difference. She kept saying that’s what I asked for, excuse me, I’m telling you that’s not what I wanted at least have enough decency to fix your mistake.Then, I came home & my family didn’t even notice that I got my hair done. If that’s the reaction that I wanted then I would have dyed my hair from a box. I then came back to dispute the price b/c I was displeased & she said the only way she would fix my hair is if I paid double the price. & the reason my hair didn’t look like the one in the picture was b/c my roots were grown out.. That’s information she should have told me ahead of time. She should have said: hey, your roots are dark so it won’t look like the picture & if you want the thick highlights it will cost more money. NOPE, instead she was extremely rude & then refused to fix my hair b/c I came back later that night b/c I was dissatisfied & didn’t tell her immediately. Last time I checked I’m the customer & she should have ATLEAST been friendly & offered to re-do my hair. Unfortunately, I had to pay her the full price & I now have to go to a different salon & pay even more money because she couldn’t do her job. I highly recommend that you DO NOT go to this place for ANYTHING. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
