Critical: QualityThe hairstylist herself was very nice. However the process and outcome were terrible. Everything from the dye left to stain my skin and my new glasses frames. Ive done everything to try and remove it and can’t. They are ruined. Also there is the sole fact that I asked that she cover the grey. When in the right lighting you can’t tell but when you get outdoors its super obvious. I wanted to treat myself after overcoming some health issues and found myself leaving disappointed. The whole point of this was to NOT have to wear a hat all the time. But now even more I will have to until I can get it redone. This was costly and I feel as if I could have used my money wisely elsewhere. Very disappointed.. left unsatisfactory with ruined glasses. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityFirst of all – phenomenal experience, and was one of the best haircuts/styles I’ve ever received. Melissa cut my hair and not only was she amazing to have a conversation with but she also did a spectacular job with my hair. On time, professional, and so so welcoming.Also this deserves to be said, I am a guy who grew up getting a buzz cut every time I got my hair cut. However, during COVID I grew my hair to pony tail length, but I know nothing about hair or how to take care of it or style it. Melissa was so helpful, so informative, and walked me through how to style my own hair at home – which is such an important part of the process for me. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I’ll be going back for my next haircut.
