This was our first experience here and it was very lovely. Immediately walking in to this place it felt warm and welcoming. I needed a fill in and new color because the last place I went to rushed me through the process. My experience here was polar opposite as they had previous acrylics to work with and shaped them to a natural look and feel and then I got a custom design that is easily it’s own 5 stars. Dee managed to shape and paints my nails eloquently and Angela customized a Halloween design. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and reasonably priced. We will be returning.

Update: changed from 4 stars to 1 stars. $116 for a dip manicure and pedicure and the dip is already chipping after 5 days. Will not be returning to this business. Don’t waste your time or money.

Signature Pedicure – they worked me in as the last customer on a busy Sunday and restored my body, soul, and smile with wine, conversation, a Mama Mia serenade by Andrea, and the precise and restorative care of Louie on his first day of work there. I returned home recharged and ready to go back to work – with a smile. Will definitely return when visiting St. Pete’s.

The service was not good. Rushed and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. My 11 year old wanted to get her nails done for her birthday and the tech seemed to almost roll her eyes when she said she would like a design. My husbands manicure was rushed and there were a lot of imperfections. My nail tech was good but was pressuring with upselling. Overall, won’t be back.

The nail technician seemed like he was in a hurry the whole time. Rushing through my appointment just to go sit on his phone in the corner once he was done. I paid for a premium package pedicure and so did my boyfriend and somehow I was done 30 mins before he was. There was no enjoyment or relaxation to it. He kept rushing through the steps and touching his phone constantly throughout my pedicure. Which I’m not a huge germaphobe but your personal phone goes with you everywhere even to the bathroom. I find it rude that he was distracted which was very disappointing. I didn’t even want to give him a tip. Won’t be returning

Critical: ValueIf you want to get stolen from go here.I was having a horrible day and after not being in a nail salon in over 6 months, I decided to stop by to “de-stress” it looked so high end and with the good reviews I decided to stop by, I was also in the area.I was sat down and chose the lease expensive mani pedi witch was priced at $43 She then asked me if I wanted Gel and since I always get gel done I said yes. Well after not even being offered a sip of water, When I went to check out she tells me $76 I was shocked because thats a crazy jump from $43 to $76.So I spent $76 dollars plus tip for a mediocre mani pedi I could have done myself or gotten done else were for $45-50. I am not cheap. But I do not liked to be robbed.
