Wanted a trim. im not too picky with my hair but I wanted 2 inches off, she took off 5. She didn’t show me the back when we were done so I took a look when I left. THE BACK OF MY HEAD WAS SHORTER THAN THE FRONT, IT WAS HEAVILY UNEVEN AND I HAD PIECES MUCH LONGER THAN THE REST OF MY HAIR. I cried for an hour, the lady hacked up my hair. Now I need to go somewhere else to FIX IT.

I’ve only been twice but both times were good experiences. You can set-up an appointment on line or you can just walk in off the street. They take your phone # during your first visit so its easy the next time. They also save what cut you had in the computer so it prints out for the hair stylist. The ladies were super friendly and they support both military and police with a discount.
