This is the quality of work that this place does. My wife had a appointment at 6:30 and I wasn’t seen until 7:15 and that’s only after I came into the store. My wife has a graduation on Sunday and they did this kind of work. They should not be in business.

This place is terrible and over priced .. I usually go to my regular nail tech but this one time I could not. My nails are horrible! I went in with 2 nails that were outlined with rhinestones and they made it seem like it was a big deal to get them off and so much of a hassle that the next simple design I wanted to get with a single rhinestone on every nail I decided not to even get. My toes was blue polish before the new color and when I got home to look at my toes more closely they didn’t take the whole blue polish from before off !!! I got 2 repairs and they are so much more skinnier and lumpier than my other ones! It was 50 for a REGULAR fill in . I will be taking off the nails I got repaired from them and going to my other shop on Sunday. I’ll never go back smh zero stars I even broke my nails the next day! Changing sheets!!!

So the last time I used this salon was several months ago and the woman was rude! Yanking on my arm several times! I politely said just tell me where you want my hand, she acted like she didn’t understand my request and continue to yank on my arm. I told her it hurt my elbow to have it on the hard surface and again she just stared at me. Today I thought I’ll try another time and just get a pedicure, I was encouraged that I didn’t see the same lady there so I signed in. They took another customer before me and even she seemed uncomfortable about going before me. I checked the register and one lady left w/o service and scratched her name off. Mine was above hers and they took the woman that signed after me (could not see appt time for her)! Never will I go back to this salon. The customer service sucks buttermilk! They don’t care about their customers!

Beverly Hills Nails has always done a wonderful job!! Great kind and friendly (and funny) staff! They always make me smile I have been going to them for many many years now. Everyone knows too so be sure to make an appointment for your services!! They always allow walking of course but again they’re excellent service and prices are no secret to the Mt Washington area so do yourself a favor and make an appointment!! Love Beverly Hills Nails ♥️

I took off work just to get my nails done. I asked 3 times for acrylic with white tips, a French manicure. Both women acted like they couldn’t understand English. I overheard the woman working beside me say she had been doing nails for over 20 years but yet she did not understand what I was asking for. After an almost 2 hour wait they refused to do what I asked. I left with my nails looking like a child had done them. I literally left in tears. My me day turned into a misery. Now I have to find somewhere to fix this childish mess they left me with. Horrible experience!

Arrived at the nail salon around opening and there were a few people in front of me. The wait wasn’t long at all. Unfortunately, this is where my good experience ends. I have a severe latex allergy and informed the young lady that was to do my pedicure of this allergy. She immediately became angry and talking loudly with her co workers in her language. This caused a scene and everyone in the nail salon was looking at me. Kind of embarrassing. She then came out with a box of gloves that said POWDER FREE LATEX. Anyone with a latex allergy knows what latex gloves look like. I told her that those would not work, that they were only free from the powder inside of the gloves, however, they were still latex gloves. I then told her, that’s fine, I’ll leave no problem. This lady is mad, goes over to a co worker and whisperers something in her ear, both employees look up at me. All in all a very uncomfortable situation that I was put in. Horrible customer service and I will not be back.

I really love getting Pedicures here! I’ve been going for over 5 years now, and they always do a great job! I get the gel nails on my toes! The polish lasts at least 4 weeks! Awesome!!

Critical: PunctualityThere is no reason to have an appointment. I walked in on time for my pedicure appointment I made the previous day at 5pm. The gentleman who greeted me kindly sat four people down in chairs within a minute or two of my arrival after acknowledging my name and appointment time. Maybe an appointment is just a suggestion and not something they stick to. I did not wait for four other people to go ahead of me because I have a schedule which is why I made an appointment! The person I made the appointment with told me the only appointment he had this day was at 5pm or 5:30pm, I could have been there earlier in the afternoon if I had known I would be treated as a “walk in”! There were four others sitting up front waiting besides the ones he had just sat down. It did not look promising when there was absolutely one nail tech working on one person’s pedicure at the time. Maybe they’re short staffed? Thankfully, there are plenty of other nail shops in town!There is no reason to have an appointment.
