I LOVE Carly!! She was absolutely amazing. I have never been to this location before but she treated me as if I’d been going to her for years! She did a beautiful color and was so so helpful. I have never had a stylist go into depth with explanations and ideas the way she did. She pulled out color swatches for me and was able to make curtain bangs work for my hair when other stylist at different locations told me it would not work. She also explained everything she was doing the entire time which I love. She was so chatty and kept me talking the entire time which made the 2 1/2 hour appointment fly by! I also was on a bit of a time crunch and she made sure we fit all the desired services in with 15 minutes to spare! Price was great and she outlined all of that before starting the appointment which was great! Definitely will be going back to her! I highly suggest Carly if you are looking for an experienced stylist!

I got a my hair cut by Meredith about a week ago and I wanted to wear it around a little before I left a review. My first instinct was to give her, and Pure Salon, five stars and, after a week of work, gym, dinners out, etc. I stand by that! Meredith did an excellent job giving me what I wanted, even when I didn’t exactly know how to express it. For the first time I love my hair cut from day one. It works well for work, while still looking cute when I’m out and about. I can’t express how excited I am about my hair and I will be returning to Pure Salon, and Meredith specifically, for subsequent cuts. Going to the salon has always given me anxiety, but I”m already looking forward to the next time I need to make an appointment!

It’s a hit and miss with this place. One haircut was great and meticulous with Meredith. The next was a butcher job by Marah (sp?) with choppy sideburns, absolutely no clean up in the back, and no fade between buzzed sections. I was sent home covered in tiny hairs and had to shower, even though my hair was styled and I said I had a full day out planned. My wife (who is not trained) had to fix the entire haircut.
