Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI contacted Dana regarding hair extensions. I know I wanted them but wasn’t sure about the different kinds, how long they last, the price, will they match my current hair, will they blend, etc etc. Dana Pizzola was very knowledgeable about everything! I went to sure shop, she explained all the different kinds, helped color match me and suggested what would be a great fit but also said she would do whatever I wanted as long as I was happy. She did not try to “up sale” or anything. She was very honest about everything. We ordered the hair and she was able to squeeze me right in which was great because she keeps a pretty full schedule! Dana walked me through each step that she was doing and what she was doing and explained why she was doing it. It did not take long at all, we chatted the whole time and it went by quick! Before I knew it the extensions were in, everything was toned and it all matched perfectly! She then cut them to how I wanted them cut and lets just say I am BEYOND satisfied! I have referred people already to her and it hasn’t even been a week! Dana’s shop is very clean and very progressional! Everyone is so friendly! I will definitely be back! I contacted Dana regarding hair extensions. I know I wanted them but wasn’t sure about the different kinds, how long they last, the price, will they match my current hair, will they blend, etc etc. Dana Pizzola was very knowledgeable about everything! My daughter and I went to get color and highlight. My daughter’s hair was fried and I was not happy with the outcome of my hair. When I voiced my dissatisfaction Dana was very agitated and I had to go back a different day to get my hair redone by a different lady and I had to pay again.
