Initially, you will feel discomfort when the applicators are placed and removed; however, nurse Alyssia went above and beyond to make my bed comfy, check in, and most importantly – she also did cool sculpting and could easily relate/educate on the follow up care needed to see results. All staff were very welcoming and polite, made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous since it was my first time and the nurse explained the whole procedure and answered any questions i had. During my hair and tattoo removal procedure, my nurse continually checked on me and that helped a lot. She went over after care very thoroughly and told me to call if I had questions or concerns. All in all, I enjoyed my experience and would recommend Laseraway to everyone. Oh and I love that they have finance options so that it can be affordable. Thank you Laseraway.

This is my 4th time going to laser away. Each time I’ve been I’ve been greeted by front desk and everyone has been so helpful with the lasering process. This time around, I had Jessica and she was great! I’m the type of client/patient who needs reassuring once in a while when doing laser… because let’s be honest… If you have thick hair, it’s a little more painful (but doable). Jessica walked me through what was happening, told me everything was going to be fine, and I was able to go a little higher with the laser this treatment.
