This place is a total scam, they take your money and they try everything so they wouldn’t serve you. Please safe your money and run away, be aware each time you need to do a laser you Must come to the office to get evaluated each freaking time and then come back later to get the laser done, they make it inconvenient so you wouldn’t finish your treatments, also they never answer the phone. If I could give zero stars I would. They never answer the phone and when tou let them know they always blame the customers and always have an attitude. They never take time with their customers and there’s definitely other and better places out there with better services. Do not recommend coming here for your laser needs. The worst experience ever. First they charge you monthly but they don’t have enough personnel for you to book a monthly appointment. Then they always have excuses to cancel your appointment and when you need to reschedule it they book you a month away again. They ask you to come 10 minutes early, but they are always late (I’m always on time but I always have to wait 30-45 mins for them to start my session.) Totally not worth the money. And I did complain with Customer Service but they only make fun of me. Never apologize or gave me solutions.

If I could give this business 0 stars I would. This business is absolute trash. Everything they do is a complete SCAM. They have every type of issue you can when running a business. They don’t speak English, their manager is in MEXICO which means any time you need to speak to a manager they call them through the computer on a headset and speak to them only in Spanish which means you are lost if you don’t understand them. They literally had to use google translate to try and talk to me. It is absolutely ridiculous that they are running a business in America without speaking ANY English. Secondly, they create so many issues when it comes to payments. All they want is to take your money and provide no services in return. Even on the months where I don’t have an appointment they would make me pay. When I had them take automatic monthly payments from my card they proceeded to take out ALL the money in my card. Whenever I try to make an appointment they say they have none available. Laser hair removal is something that needs to be scheduled ahead of time and happen every 4 weeks so it will actually work. The fact that every time you try to make an appointment they push you back 6-8 weeks means none of the treatments will work. They also love to make excuses about their machine being broken after you come to the appointment and don’t let you know ahead of time which is a waste of MY time.The package I purchased was meant to be done in 10 months but instead it has taken me over 16 months and I’m still not done. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF COMING HERE LIKE I DID. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!!

Do not even think of coming here! I was a customer at Pro Laser about maybe 2 years ago. They never answer the phones, they are very unprofessional, charge account multiple times. I can go on with this place, I was never able to write a review because there was never an option even on Facebook. The app is definitely useless, I’ve tried to contact manager or owners left multiple messages, never heard from them. This place is a scam it is not worth it! They actually use the wrong laser machine. I would definitely recommend going to Renova laser!

UPDATE! IT’S BEEN 8 MONTHS AND TODAY IS MY SECOND SESSION SINCE THE REVIEW. APPOINTMENTS ARE HARD TO COME BY AT LEAST FOR ME BUT I AM GLAD I WAS ABLE TO START MY TREATMENTS AGAIN. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND ONLY CARES TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I PAID FOR A PACKAGE $1,664. PAID IT OFF AND NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO FINISH TREATMENTS, ONLY HAD A TOTAL ABOUT 4,5 DONE. ON MY LAST VISIT THEY CONVINCE ME TO ADD TWO MORE AREAS FOR $500. NOW THAT I AM WANTING TO FINISH MY FIRST PACKAGE THEY ARE STATING THEY CAN NOT SEE ME BECAUSE I HAVE A BALANCE OF THE SECOND PACKAGE. WHICH I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO FINISH PROCEDURE FOR MY FIRST PACKAGE SO WHY WOULD I GIVE MORE MONEY???! SO BASICALLY THEY ARE SAYING THEY CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE BBB. ALSO NO CORPORATE OFFICE JUST A SUPERVISOR. WILL UPDATE IF THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED BUT I HIGHLY DOUBT IT.
