She was the only one working and had an appointment coming in soon but still managed to fit me into her busy schedule. She did FANTASTIC! First time there 5/16/19 Walked in without an appointment. I called ahead to schedule and was told to just walk in whenever. Didn’t have to wait more than a few minutes, which mostly consisted of signing in. Shirley and another hairdresser (didn’t get her name; sorry!) were very friendly and down to earth. I asked for a few inches off, and it came out nicely. After going home, I decided I wanted the cut a little shorter and with some layers. Went straight back to Shirley, who was available right away. She was very understanding that I came back after just having been there, and made the changes without charging for a second haircut. Absolute sweetheart!
