I came in once last year. There was two knew girls their training. The mixed girl with the tattoos. My daughter competed with her in miss Mn she was so sweet she started the bed asked if I knew about the lotions. Her trainers Keesa and Angel were talking about her bc she was mixed. Then I wrote there names down and I had a bad experience with Haley a few weeks ago and Abby.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. The very first day, they put me in a bed that didn’t work and sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the error to clear before they put me in a different room. Then, I went in today to cancel my membership because I just found out that I was pregnant, and was told I would still be billed for next month because I didn’t cancel before the 25th. Not one employee told me, even when I asked about cancellation 2 weeks ago, that this had to be done by the 25th. The manager on duty was absolutely unapologetic and borderline rude. I noticed she was the only employee not wearing a name tag. Convenient.

I’ve already checked out your prices which are very reasonable but what does the inside look like? The decor, cleanliness, etc says a lot for the atmosphere of the place. You have THE NICEST girls working in this place! They are kind – friendly – and just sweet. They genuinely care about their customers. They are quick and efficient – and try to get through long lines – but also do a great job making you feel like you are the important customer. It’s always clean. There is always open beds – but it’s the girls you hire and train on providing such a high level of customer service that MAKE Palm Beach Tan such a great place to go. I’ve done a review on Yelp and I’ve helped to spread the word to friends and family. I highly recommend Palm Beach Tan! It’s a great place and I give you all a TEN! Stay away from Lakeside Tan – just down the road! They are the exact opposite of this place!

Ladies always friendly! I use to have the time to go several times a wk when I lived by them, but not often as I’d like since I moved. They do a ‘hold’ on your acct. when you can’t go in regularly, which keeps your acct. open ‘til you decide to take it off (so the monthly fee builds up in your acct. & when you go in, that fee can be used to pay for your tan(s)-product too I believe). That in itself is AWESOME besides the different beds, stand-ups, sprays & products they have available for you to choose from!

Well run tanning salon that is clean and well organized. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have both bulb tanning beds and spray tan booths. Never have to wait. I do the spray tan and have been happy with the results and color.
