I like this location, it is clean and well kept, the folks are always nice. The problem is, it is never opened or they have reduced hours. There has to be a better way to publicize the change in hours besides a sign on the door. (maybe the website???) I have ran out to the salon multiple times just to find them closed. And not just closed one day but two days in a row and no hours after 5 pm. As customers we pay good money to come here (not Lemoyne or York) because it convenient.

The hours are always changed, sometimes they change 15 minutes before they are to close. Yesterday tried their hours before they were to close it was 4:18 P.M. doors locks. Nothing on the door to say sorry for the inconvenience. So when will the customers start seeing refunds for all the time they can’t used their membership? Better start getting quality personel.

I pay good money to go there. Half the time when I go to the Paxtonia location it’s never open, or is closed before they say on the door. Lemoyne is 20 minutes away I shouldn’t have to drive that distance when I have a location 5 min away from my house. I understand staffing issues but it shouldn’t be the customers issue not being able to use my membership close by. I am about to cancel my membership and go somewhere else. What’s the difference when they are never open. Just close down the location down at the rate it’s going yall won’t have anyone with memberships anymore anyway. Everyone that can’t tan should be refunded money each month. I see generic responses about experiences. That’s ridiculous in itself.

UPDATE: This location is ridiculous. They’re never open even during their modified, limited hours. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I arrive and the doors are locked. The next closest location is 20 minutes in the opposite direction. I work out of town and need the place to be open as promised. When they try to resolve things, the manager calls only to give updates on when the salon “will” be open (good luck). How about refunding some money for the plan, gas and waste of my time?! Get it together or close! Looking for other options highly dissatisfied.

I have paid for a membership for 2 years and barely able to use it. I work Mon-Friday during the day. This location NWVER open, closing at 5PM during the week. I got to the door at 5:01 after work and the employee just looked at me, did not acknowledge me or anything. I have called customer service line, corporate line with no return calls back. I’m paying for a membership that I can’t use because they are NEVER OPEN!!!!! And they don’t respond to your calls.
