I see Jen, the Botanical Beautician at this location. Her coloring work is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve had two balayage treatments done, both with high quality coloring that was safe even during pregnancy and I went over 6months between appointments and the grow out was perfect. Everything she does looks natural, compliments my skin coloring and works with my hair type. I ha e curly hair as well so she was great with styling, cut and care advice for my curls. She’s a great personality to be around as well. I’ve referred several people to her already. The space is light, quiet and has great energy. Highly recommend

The best indicator of whether I received a good hairstyle is when I wake up the following day. And so far I have always woken up and LOVED my hair after Cassandra has cut and styled it. Cassandra immediately offered her cell number and we texted back and forth. I shared pictures before the appointment. When I arrived we went over everything. She’s a super listener! Cassandra, the owner and premier stylist at LaMarca Beauty & Co., is an expert colorist that works in partnership with her clients. I began having my hair styled by Cassandra about 8 years ago. I’ve been impressed with her knowledge and ability to connect with my hair needs from the moment that I met her. Cassandra takes time to get to know you and fully understands what my hair challenges and attributes are when I visit. I am so dedicated to having Cassandra style my hair, I drive over an hour to her beautiful salon. I love LaMarca so much I don’t even live in Florida anymore but go out of my way when I’m back so Cassandra, the owner, can cut my hair. The salon is adorable with wall colors that don’t wash you out (there is nothing more humbling than staring at yourself in the mirror with foils in for hours) and the plants and decor make it super zen. The space is beautiful but I would still go see Cassandra if she were operating out of a port-a-potty. She’s that good y’all. I have thin hair and a lot of it with a weird wave that, if cut incorrectly, causes my hair to flip out at the bottom which I hate. Cassandra cracked the code and layers it perfectly so I don’t even have to style it day to day. My first appointment she took the time to get to know me: my hair, my styling habits, the look I wanted. She always nails the cut and is great at color too. I have brown hair with blonde balayage and she blends like no other. No stripes, no chunks, just perfectly blended color that can grow out with low maintenance literally until I feel like getting it done again. It’s hard to stay away though, she’ll melt your sorrows away with a head massage. I have had nothing but great experiences with LaMarca beauty. I highly recommend this business based on quality of service, and Cassandra is also a real gem of a human.

When I moved to Saint Augustine Beach last year, finding a new hair stylist was one of the biggest challenges. I tried one salon which promptly turned my hair orange but, fortunately, I found Cassandra at LaMarca who was a lifesaver. She corrected my hair to a beautiful, shiny color with highlights and balayage, and she gave me a fantastic cut. Since then, she has continued to work wonders including keratin treatments which my hair definitely needs in this humid weather. On top of being so talented, Cassandra is a wonderful, loving person who makes you feel so welcome and so special. I can also plug CJ as he did a superb blowout for me as well.

With both of us she patiently took the time to really understand what we want (although he’s a guy my husband is very particular with his hair).
