I walked out crying. My hair was to the middle of my back at LEAST. I asked for a trim. And my hair looks so short now. Completely knocked down my confidence and my love for this place. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Adding more to this review bc I’m quite actually disappointed. I didn’t even ask for layers and my hair obviously has layers I even expressed to her that last time I didn’t get them bc I didn’t like how the shorter hair curled much more then the longer hair. And I get home to see my hair is layered. I won’t be coming back.. thanks for the hair cut.

I went to Cost Cutters first time a couple days ago for a simple trim. The girl did a decent job! I was disappointed that she didn’t communicate very much during, and before my haircut. She didn’t ask, if I wanted my hair washed, didn’t suggest ideas for hairstyles, or products (even when asked). She was nice enough just not very communicative, and only did what I asked her to do. When I paid I tipped 23% and she had the nerve to look disappointed. Typically, 20% is the standard.

Good, inexpensive haircut. They are open later which is nice for people that get off work later. The skill of the stylist varies each time you go in with someone new each time. But overall it’s seems better than average. I just wish the stylists would give advice on what haircuts would work for you. Most times I don’t know what I want. I just want to look the best possible.
