My husband gets his hair cut regularly here and is usually pretty great. The last time he went, he came back home with razor burn and a nasty rash. Either from dirty razors or from someone that didn’t know what they were doing. He always has a male, this time was female.

Not a very good experience this time. There was apparently a communication issue. I came away scalped. Have to take off my glasses so can’t see while they cut and by time I realized how short she was cutting, it was too late. I suppose it will grow back eventually.

I called this morning to see about an appointment and was meet with an inpatient and rude receptionist, before I could finish asking about appointment I was told they don’t do appointments which was fine and I attempted to ask how busy they were and again was interrupted before I finished and was meet with another rude response needless to say I guess I’ll be going elsewhere I normally love going to great clips but not this one.

Fast service. Good prices. Quality of haircut depends on which hairstylist you have the luck of getting. Some are better than others and they don’t really look at your reference photos.
