Wow. Shelia is truly gifted at what she does. She knew through touch – without me having to tell her – where I held tension and how I was feeling in response to her massage. She modified her massage accordingly and seemed to know exactly what kind of touch was needed in each place. She also has a calm demeanor that put me at ease and was the most attentive massage therapist I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend!

Sheilah has a beautiful, rare gift. For me, she provides my broken body and mind with a blissful 90 minutes of caring, reparative therapy. Whatever stress I have coming in melts away immediately when her hands go to work. She can exert pressure lightly or forcefully depending on what my body needs, and she seems to intuitively know what’s best for me, though she’s certainly responsive to and respectful of any feedback. It’s very difficult to make one’s self vulnerable and go in for a deep massage. While I have not had unpleasant experiences with other therapists, many times I have left with a sense of ambivalence. “Oh, that was nice, but I barely remember even having had that done”. A session with Sheilah will stay with me and bring me a sense of calm and replenishment for many days after. With deep gratitude for the help she has given me, I highly recommend her.

Very special massage! I was immediately at ease and relaxed. Nice consultation and easy paperwork were quickly completed. Sheila greeted me at the door and took me to a nice room upstairs. Some of her techniques were new to me but reminded me of traditional mixed with a massage I had in Thailand. She engages all her strengths to work out all your issues. She paid great attention to my neck and back. As a nurse, I had a lot of sore tight muscles. I now feel destressed relaxed and thoroughly massaged and pampered. I will certainly be back to Eno River Massage!
