Started coming here after bosscutz raised their prices even more after the pandemic. BIB gives great haircuts at a reasonable price. Always have friendly, professional, and welcoming staff. Prices are on-par or slightly less than Supercuts. However, the haircut was very poor quality. I can only assume the barber/stylist did not care to do a good job, as it seems others received decent haircuts. My hair has rat bites along both right and left sides and the fade is choppy and slightly crooked. I was contacted by someone at the business offering to fix it or have my next cut free, which was nice. Though, I am disappointed with my overall experience and would not recommend others get a cut here.

I always go here to get my haircut since I’ve moved here 3 years ago and always have been super happy. Very reasonable prices and I never have to make an appointment nor do I have to wait that long. Today Jason cut my hair for the first time and I ended up really liking it. I can tell he take a lot of pride in making sure he does a good job and wants you to be happy with the haircut. Probably the fastest haircut I’ve ever had, and surprisingly decent! Will be back! The one annoying aspect was the pre-calculated tip amounts that were set to 30%, 50% and 70%!! W.T.F. All this does is make u try and calculate the tip yourself, which is likely to then end up being too low, b/c maths. Not sure if this is some sort of inside joke at the shop, but I can tell you as a client it is just annoying and leaves a bad taste after a solid haircut.

Husband and especially the wife are RUDE. Don’t tell them how you like your haircut, they just ask what type and go from there. I tried asking the wife if she can go a little higher on my cut and she rolled her eyes and just started cutting again. They don’t know how to edge up so don’t ask… I do hope that the guy starts to feel better though. This was my second time here and my last. Just got back to my place to rinse off my head of loose hair and noticed my haircut is messed up. The sides are uneven. Sad..
