I was going to give big fat zero. Please dont pay till you receive full service as promised and guranteed. I was promise hair cut and waxing . I paid then she said she cant do it because she has next appt. I was very upset. Left message for manager and she never called me. I paid in cash. So pay with credit card if service not delivered you can dispute with ur bank. They lie . It also happened to my cousin as well.. thanks and hope this helps you all as customers.
