Bree Delac Therapeutic Massage LLC is an intergraded approach to massage therapy using multiple techniques to create a specialized experience for every individual. I use a combination of Neuromuscular and Trigger Point therapy as well as Myofascial release and gentle stretching to relieve pain and discomfort. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003 and have worked closely with Chiropractors and Physical Therapist as well as other Body workers. This I believe has helped me to perfect my skills as a Massage Therapist and develop an intuitive touch based on the needs of my clients.

60-minute Myofascial Release (MRM)
Myofascial Release Massage is an effective hands on technique that involves sustained pressure on the Myofascial connective tissue. MRM is done without the use of lotions or oils in order to assess the restrictions and alignment issues of the body. Myofascial Release Massage will effectively restore movement to the body and relieve pain.		$100.00
60-minute Prenatal Massage
Massage Therapy during pregnancy is an excellent way to relieve sore and tight muscles as well as mild swelling, leg cramps, headaches and stress! Prenatal Massage can also improve sleep and digestion, decrease labor complications and increase circulation.		$100.00

Terrific and much much needed deep tissue massage for my lower back. Bree had lots of education about what was causing my tightness and alignment. Ambiance and essential oils were relaxing and not overwhelming. 30 min was enough but I’m going back for 60 next time.
