Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get a refill on my nails and the technician I had was huffing and puffing.. clearly didn’t want to do my nails she made that abundantly clear. So when she was filing my nails she wasn’t paying attention nor cared that I told her she was hurting me. She filed them so hard my finger was bleeding. She then took nail glue and put it on my cut. I went to get a refill on my nails and the technician I had was huffing and puffing.. clearly didn’t want to do my nails she made that abundantly clear. So when she was filing my nails she wasn’t paying attention nor cared that I told her she was hurting me. She filed them so hard my finger was bleeding. She then took nail glue and put it on my cut. It hurt so bad I was crying. I didn’t know what she was trying to do or I would have pulled away from her. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Critical: QualitySuper disappointed. I had nail dip done for the first time so I didn’t really know what to expect… I was charged $58 (not including tip) which I thought was pricey but again, I had never had this done before but they didn’t even have my cuticles cleaned up or any type of manicure so my nail beds look horrible. It’s taking all the willpower I have not to trim them myself. I had the service done Thursday and it is already lifting and chipping at the bottom. That was only 3 days ago!! I will now have to pay more money to go somewhere else and have them redone. Charging $58 for this is absurd and So disappointing.Service: ManicureSuper disappointed. Super disappointed. I had nail dip done for the first time so I didn’t really know what to expect… I was charged $58 (not including tip) which I thought was pricey but again, I had never had this done before but they didn’t even have my cuticles cleaned up or any type of manicure so my nail beds look horrible.
