Terrible job done. Said they had availability, guess to them that means switching between 4 customers at once, never washing their hands or tools between customers. Asked for tips and she filed my real nail down to nothing and when I asked for tips again, she claimed it was “too late” despite nothing besides acetone burns being done yet. Couldn’t shape the nail at all, nails were uneven lengths, didn’t apply polish to the sides of the nail and the coats that were applied were streaky. Didn’t smooth the top of the nail and when I complained she cared even less to have any pride in her work. Couldn’t (wasn’t allowed) to leave without paying for a terrible job. Their only solution? Come back and waste more time getting an equally bad job done. No thanks. Probably a reason why this place is empty all the time. Look to Yelp if you’d like to see pictures of their awful work.

I have been coming here for 20 years. My first ten, I was an acrylic nail girl. But let’s face it…they can be high maintenance and I felt like a slave to my nails because I am hard on my hands with work. They persuaded me to do gel polish over my natural nails – this has definitely made a difference for me. I rarely have to make an appointment, can walk in and they all know I am there for Julie. She is the best. I dont disagree that the decor could use a face lift, but I can get in and out and am always satisfied.

Worst experience in all nail experience. Didn’t polish my whole toe nails forgot top coat on all of them. Didn’t file shape or exfoliate the dead skin off and burned my feet if I could I’d give zero stars

I wanted a soak off. Period. The lady begins SCRAPING my nails w another nail after i said i wanted a soak off ?? She then soaked them off which is what she shouldve done in the first place, she works on another mans pedicure while i wait, she comes back to me WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS!! I asked if she could please wash them and she goes on defending how gloves are enough and she changes them each time. Esthetics 101 u need to WASH hands to prevent any type of spreading. She never washed her hands even tho i asked her 3 times. Someone seriously report this place to DORA !
