I’ve been going here for years! The staff is super friendly every time! I get my nails done by the owner Ricky, he’s amazing. A few times I’ve gotten my nails done by other staff members and never had any issues! I get pedicures also, by whoever is available at the time of my appointment, everyone is always nice and professional. Thank you for all that you do!

Great service. Really nice just too expensive was charged $78 for gel medium length nails shape was coffin this set is usually $50-$60 anywhere else. I just decided to try something different. I just won’t be back due to the pricing. You would have thought I had a design. But nope just a basic gel coat Acrylic nails

I don’t recommend this place at all. I had an appointment scheduled, showed up a little early, and sat and waited 30 minutes. I understand running behind but based on the other reviews… it’s not a one time thing. They clearly didn’t bother to read my appointment info past a full set. My appointment was for a full set, ombré, with no gel add on. Nobody was around to point out which options were no gel, and from what I can see is they all are.

I typically don’t leave poor Google reviews, because I understand that everyone has their off days. However, I had an especially unfortunate experience at this salon really only because of one individual – who I am assuming might be the owner. She was a fairly young lady with dark hair, spoke great English, and had more sass than anyone I have ever met. She rushed my friends and I from the moment we walked in even though we made reservations beforehand. The other technicians, including the girl who did my nails, were incredibly sweet and took their time. They did a great job.

I want to update my original review. I had to schedule an appointment this Sunday at 3 PM. I’ve been coming to Zen nails for over three years. The manager Ricky showed a lack of professionalism, emotional control and class. I came in to have my nails done with dip powder. I requested to have my nails done in a sheer or translucent shade. An older lady with glasses and a young lady(approximately 12) Begin trying to find me a shade to suit my request. The young lady offered me shimmery shade that on the clear nail appear to be more sheer and not opaque. As the older lady began doing my nails I noticed that she dipped it several times and it wasn’t coming out as smooth as Andrea and a younger male had done many other times before. She must begin looking at my face and asked me if I liked it I told her it didn’t look as sheer as I thought and the young lady came over and and asked me if I liked as well I asked her if she thought it looked in sheer and she replied no. While this is happening The owner Ricky, comes over and asked what’s the problem. I’m thinking he’s talking to his workers not me so I continue to look down. Then I see that he’s addressing me and telling me that I chose the color and I would have to reschedule if I want my nails redone.

I received a manicure and a pedicure. The cuticles on some of my fingers were cut down so much that they bled. The fingers that were injured are sore and red today. The cuticles on some of my fingers were cut down so much that they bled. The fingers that were injured are sore and red today. Also, the overall polish job just does not look great. I really wanted to like this place because the people are super nice. However, after 3 visits with 3 different technicians, I got crooked, lopsided, messy nails. Additionally, the online booking system is just work about work. You can choose a specific tech when you book online, but you still have to call or text to tell them you want that technician. If I have to call to request a specific tech for my appointment, what’s the point of online booking?

I used to love going to this place. It was worth the effort of scheduling online and waiting for a technician. Part of that was you were treated like a guest and like your business really mattered. Now I am lucky if I’m asked if I would want a water or anything, and I feel like I’m rushed looking through colors. I legitimately don’t know what happened to this place in the last three months but when I have a nail person roughening my skin and then just using cuticle oil and leaving it there for me to spread, as well as not even properly trying to shape the nail so they’re similar? Nah. I’ll go elsewhere. I’m so disappointed because this place was 5 stars for so long and was the only reason I went here. The staff seems to have vanished and the technicians seem to not even want to try to keep minimal conversation going. I’m saddened but I’ll go elsewhere if I want to feel like a hindrance and at least get my hands lotioned. For $45 for a dip that looks minimal quality and wasn’t even asked if I liked it? Nah. But also to have the gall to ask for a tip on top? Nah. I bartend and if you don’t get anything maybe it’s time you reevaluate how you served me and not get a mad look on your face. Shame.

Coming here as a first time it wasn’t that great of an experience. The person I got was nice but she gave me a rushed basic pedicure, and without informing me I had control to a chair massager. I still had foot product on my feet as I was leaving the lounge. For those who like personal space, there’s not that much in between seats. It wasn’t enjoyable nor relaxing. I won’t be coming back.

I broke my toe nail a few days before a scheduled pedi and couldn’t cancel bc I was leaving for Mexico and they treated my poor toe with such care! I can’t express enough how gentle and helpful my tech was! They are always good here.
