Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valueif i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. nail artist was extremely rough with my gel manicure, cut my finger and made it bleed and then used glue of all things on my skin to stop the bleeding after i said it was fine. my sister had a marble design she wanted and her nail artist basically just said she’s not doing it. claimed it was “powder” she needed to do the design (which isn’t true. we’ve had marble done before, this lady just didn’t want to do it.) you would expect for a place to have prices so high to be good at what they do and know how to do designs but i guess not. she also asked for her nails to be cut down with a rounded shape, to which they’re sharp nails and weren’t cut down what so ever. then charged her for nail repair for a nail that didn’t need repair. the service was terrible and the prices for this place are NOT worth it. the Gel color selection was disgusting, glue everywhere and very unorganized as if they’ve had the same set since they opened the store. this place used to be so much better when they first opened and they’ve just gone down hill. the prices would be worth it if you got what you asked for.Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Gel manicures, Nail artif i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. nail artist was extremely rough with my gel manicure, cut my finger and made it bleed and then used glue of all things on my skin to stop the bleeding after i said it was fine. my sister had a …More
