Overall, a really great experience. I received laser hair removal and had really good results. I purchased six sessions and noticed huge results after just the third. I had already done a lot of research about laser and the prices for laser hair removal at Sollay were so much lower than for Ideal Image. I paid between $700 and $800 for six sessions, which eliminated nearly all of my hair as compared to Ideal Image which has different pricing/sessions/benefits, but would have cost me over $3,000. The experience was no frills, quick and easy. I did have the advantage of having very dark hair and fair skin, so my experience may differ from other skin tones/hair colors. Overall, would recommend!

Dr. Hana and Lashonda Ross are personable and professional. The facility is very aesthetic appealing, clean, and a convenient location. I was looking for a place that was knowledgeable about African American hair or thicker textures. As I have facial hair. Dr. Hana used the right laser for my texture and also discussed how the hyperpigmentation would go way. After the first session I noticed that the hair was growing back at a significantly slower rate. By the second session four weeks later, my insecurities had diminished. This place gave me a solution to a problem I thought would never go away. The process is so easy and their prices are very economical. Make your appointment now! They also accept care credit.

Service has gotten increasingly worse. They don’t pick up the phones. Dr. Hanna is pretty friendly. Sometimes she rushes but if you tell her exactly what you need she will take her time. The new person at the front desk Leshonda is pretty difficult to work with and speak to. She makes everything so complicated and doesn’t really seem like she is there to help. The place has really changed since 2019! I really hope they clean up their mess SOON!

I had booked laser hair removal at this place in Bethesda where they gave me one treatment and then after that they were never able to book me for my other sessions. They would always have to cancel, the nurse was out, or they would need to reschedule. I was tired. I am so glad to have found Sollay Cosmetic Medical and Laser. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They explain things to you thoroughly and for me it just a completely positive experience. There was one time the machine was down so I had to be rescheduled but I did not have to wait too long to see Dr. Hana again. I am very happy with their services and now I do not have to worry about unwanted facial hair.

I got my laser tattoo removal here and Dr.Hana is amazing! She is so wonderful, made me feel comfortable, she is professional and was patient with me. I go and get my B12 shots here now too! It’s so easy to schedule an appointment and she gets me in and out, great service. And the B12 shots really have helped me with having more energy throughout my week.

I have had awesome results from my laser hair removal treatments. The doctors there are kind and the front staff is very helpful. I have only had a couple of treatments and already my skin is smoother, clearer, no new hair growth or ingrown hairs. I have been recommending every one to come here! And there prices are extremely affordable. I was surprised to see how low they were compared to other companies I consulted with. I plan on getting more areas done and trying many of there other services too! I appreciate Dr. Hana taking care of my needs so efficiently.

My experience at the center was amazing! They did a great job explaining the filler and Botox injections prior to giving them, even though I had both before. Unfortunately, only 4 month later and my results have disappeared already. With my treatment at another provider, the results lasted at least a year and with the cost of these treatments, I was expecting the same results.
