Worst experience ever the hairstylist smelt of smoke, was very shaky and jumpy. I will never be going back to this establishment. I spent $27 after a $10 tip because I do understand the need to tip and I don’t want to hold this against her as poor training and management must be inevitable. As no employee should be ok with asking me if I am happy with this haircut and no I was not going to let her fix it after already destroying my hair. And no manager should allow someone to come into work shaky and jumpy smelling of smoke. I did end up going to another barber right after leaving and paid another $35 to get this fixed.

If there was a -10 that’s what I’d give this place! I went to get a haircut today that I had scheduled over the phone. When I got there, here comes “MS THANG” from the back room, yawning and rubbing her eyes and asked my name, I told her and she started nodding her head repeatedly in my face! Then she asked me to sit down in “her” chair, and against my better judgement, I did. She asked “what are we doing today” to which I replied “Cutting my hair”. She then said she didn’t feel comfortable cutting my hair because I had an attitidue and she didn’t know why”!! Well, you P.O.S. let’s do a replay from when you first walked out of the back room to greet a CUSTOMER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, RUN, RUN VERY FAST IF YOU GET CLOSE!!! I am wondering why I have YET to receive any kind of a response!!!
