Waited well over an hour and just as I was next in line I got bumped and another hour was added. They advertise walk in’s are welcome however prioritize online customers and place them ahead of you. Critical: QualityI went in for a haircut on 11/11/21. I had long hair probably about 10 inches. I showed the girl cutting my hair a picture of how I wanted my hair (still longer because I don’t like my hair short) and she cut off almost all of my hair. It’s only about 2 inches up top. It wasn’t even close to what I asked for. I told her that I wanted about 2-2.5 inches cut off and when she explained that I might need a little more off to get it like the picture I said that was fine. At no point during the haircut did she show me a work in progress to ask if it was too short.
