This place is horrible I have really bad service asked for a simple manicure had grown out mi nails and she was going to even it out. and they couldn’t even do that also cut me Oohh no I could’ve done it at home myself It look horrible a pedicure I’ve been there once .try to give it a second chance and the same results horrible. We go there to relax and get pampered. Don’t recommend it

So one thing I don’t do is play about my nails. First I explained that I worked far and that I will be there by six it was only 5 o’clock and they were texting me back to back Am I coming and then when I got there he was rushing me about my design he couldn’t even do the design I wanted so I was forced to have to choose this design on the darker pink I drew the black 🙂 so that he could draw the other 🙂 and he charged me $70 for the set straight rip off never coming back here ever again.

Rude and unprofessional staff. They overcharge. I went there and my nails started popping off within 2 days. I went back and they said they would “fix” them and then wanted to charge me full price. The “new set” wasn’t any better. I ended up having to go to another place to get them redone. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I had a horrible experience today. First there was issues with finding the powder for my acrylic nail refill – I respectfully listened and tried to find a solution. A solution was found but then the nail tech continued to cut me while using one of the electrical tools on my nails. I verbalized to him that he hurt me but acted as though he did not care. He grabbed my hand as though he was trying to hurry up with me. At this point I felt he was being intentional in hurting me. I washed my hands and it burned to wash them. I tried to tell the young woman in the front but all she wanted to do was “explain” why it hurt me and how she was unable to see my cuts. I felt dismissed and not cared for as a paying customer. I NEVER complain. I’m always respectful and she told me she will refuse service to me if I come back. Makes absolutely no sense as I was trying to cooperate with this business from the beginning. I do not recommend this salon.
